There are six categories of audio
1. It can be divided into two categories: professional speakers and household speakers.
Household speakers are generally used for home playback, which are characterized by exquisite and soft sound quality, delicate and beautiful appearance, low sound pressure level and relatively low power.
Professional speakers are generally used in dance halls, karaoke, cinemas, halls, stadiums and other professional entertainment places. Generally, professional speakers have high sensitivity, high playback sound pressure, good strength and large bearing power. Compared with household speakers, their sound quality is hard and their appearance is not very refined.
2. Divided by audio frequency: full band speaker, bass speaker and subwoofer.
3. It can be divided into: main playback speaker, monitoring speaker and listening back speaker.
The main loudspeaker is generally used as the main loudspeaker of the sound system to undertake the main playback tasks. The performance of the main loudspeaker box has a great impact on the playback quality of the entire audio system.
The monitoring speaker is used for program monitoring in the control room and recording room. It has the characteristics of small distortion, wide and straight frequency response, and little modification of signals, so it can most truly reproduce the original appearance of the program.
Echo speakers, also known as stage monitoring speakers, are generally used on the stage or dance hall for actors or band members to monitor their own singing or playing voice.
4. According to the box structure, it can be divided into: sealed sound box, inverted sound box, labyrinth sound box, sonic tube sound box and multi cavity resonant sound box.
5. Score according to the number of loudspeaker units: 2.0 speakers, 2.1 speakers, 5.1 speakers, etc.
6. According to the box material, it can be divided into wooden speakers, plastic speakers, metal speakers, etc.
